New comic. Happy Thanksgiving!

September 8th, 2014

New comic. Enjoy.

August 11th, 2013

On August 11th, 2000, Neo-Monster Island was born with the first episode of Twisted Kaiju Theater. For thirteen years, you fans have come here for fellowship that Godzilla brought together. Today, on the 13th anniversary, I'm uploading some of the last Twisted Kaiju Theater comics to the site.

I have a full-time job, a part-time job, and an art career. I'm also a husband. I don't have the time or enthusiasm for the site that I once had, and I'm wanting to commit more of my limited time to my art. I still have stories to tell, and there is a Godzilla movie coming on the horizon in 2014. But this is the time to bring TKT to a close.

Now, I told you that story so I can tell you this one.

Twisted Kaiju Theater is going into more of a hibernation than it is ending or going on hiatus. Someday I'm going to have more time. But for now I cannot commit to a regular schedule. So this means that when I do updates, they will be few and far between. At least until next year, that is.

During that time, I hope you will support That Godzilla Guy and the kaiju-related Godzillafications that will be spreading Godzilla's good word to the masses.

Let's not talk of the ups and downs. There are far too many of you who have come into my lives to mention all the good things you have done for me. Twisted Kaiju Theater has been less of a webcomic and more of a blog about the person I was and who he became to be. You've been there for my crudeness, lonliness, my sorrow, my joy, and my marriage. I want you to know that I want the best for each and every one of you, and i thank you for what you have given me. I would not be who I am without this site, and without you.

Here are the final, for now, episodes.

1833: Trash City
1834: What's in a Name?
1835: In The Face!
1836: Words of Wisdom
1837: iPhonery
1838: Writing Home
1839: Brother's Keeper
1840: Stay True To Yourself

All good and bad things must come to an end. For now, let us sleep beneath the waters together. Mankind never learns, and we will be called upon to teach them again and again.
