Rhoda is an old friend of Gina's, havving met her only a little after Angi. However, Her family moved, and they've only reaquinted recentlly- Something that Gina's established friends, Angi and Titania, are taking with a grain of salt- incorporating Rhoda into their already well-established circle of friends, especially considering Rhoda and Gina's relationship- Sometimes, they're incredible friends, at other times, they can be at each other's throats for even the most trivial reasons. However, they always seem to make up and act as if anything other happened. Rhoda also seems to be very protective of Gina, even to the point of self-sacrifice.

Rhoda regards herself as a flying ace, ('The only one that doesn't need a jet!' She often says with a grin.) and has even given herself a callsign, "Fire!". She takes great pride in her flying skills, which, if she has any flaw, it's her pride, especially in regard to her flying skill, which borders on arrogance- this has led to a rather antagonistic relationship with Mega-Lass, the only other Kaiju girl with comparable flying skills. She regards her as an enemy Ace, and treats her as such. She also seriouslly dislikes Kumi and Crystal, due to their tendancy to kidnap Gina. Since she's almost always first to mount a rescue operation, the feelings are mutual.
