- Millena has a convoluted history. An alien from deep space, her ship crashed on Earth millions of years ago and lay dormant until it was awakened just a few years back. Her original body was converted to anti-matter for stasis, so Millena used her telepathy to guide the ship and study everything she possibly could about Earth and its indigenous lifeforms, especially Godzilla. Using this data, she created her current body. Millena then became the science teacher at Daikaiju High School. Since she doesn't need sleep (by drawing on her space ship's generator), she teaches all the classes and subjects herself.

- It was as a teacher that Millena first met GINA as a freshman at Daikaiju High. During a lesson on dissection, GINA accidentally cut herself and Millena took the opportunity to sample her DNA. She attempted an experiment to add Organizer G-1 to herself, but things went awry and the mutation was out of control. Millena isolated and separated the mutation, which quickly evolved into Organna. Millena raised the new kaiju-girl as her sister and Organna matured at an accelerated rate until hitting puberty, when she enrolled in Daikaiju High.

- Millena has an unbriddled curiosity in all things and is often seen doing some kind of research. She is friends with anyone who has an appreciation for learning, and by the same token, dislikes people that lack a scientific mind. But the only person she actually hates is Bai Xiong, who's only interest is death and destruction, while Millena values life and creation. Millena also seems to think on a different wavelength than everybody else, so she often carries on about things that most people simply can't understand. The only person who really 'gets' her is Professor Shou, whose technological achievements with the Mecha-GINA sisters Millena admires.

- She also teaches Health Class and has an analytical appreciation of reproductive physiology, showing equal interest in both genders. Anyone attempting to pursue a romantic interest in Millena usually walks away feeling confused and violated, a concise medical report in hand.
